Bring a piece of the Scottish countryside into your home with this charming highland cow print, choose between the traditional yellow and orange version or go wild and opt for the pink and purple cow. The original designs were created from reference photographs, sketched in pencil initially followed by layer upon layer of watercolour washes to add depth, shade and colour. Once dried, black and white ink pen are used to add my signature ‘scribbles’.
The artwork has been printed using giclee methods on Hahnemühle German Etching paper, this natural white, uncoated paper with a delicate texture enhances the depth and richness of the artwork. The acid-free and mould-made 310gsm paper ensures the longevity and conservation quality of the print.
Adding a timeless and elegant touch to the artwork, each print is mounted in an iced white conservation quality mount created from 1400 micron thick (1.4mm) board and accompanied by a protective backing board.
The mounted print measures 12 x 12 inches (305 x 305 mm) with a print size of 8 x 8 inches (203 x 203 mm). Ready to frame to suit your home or simply admire it in it’s mount.
Each print comes in a clear bag that has been made in the UK from plant-based PLA derived from vegetable starches, these bags are compostable and biodegradeable.
